Today, we successfully completed the drilling of a 200-metre deep borehole and the installation of a 4.5HP solar-powered pumping system at Palm City Nursery Plantation, Iseyin, delivering a high-capacity, automated, and sustainable water supply solution for their irrigation system.

The pumping system is powered by twelve units of 450W high-efficiency solar panels, carefully engineered to provide stable, reliable, and continuous power for irrigation operations. This setup efficiently fills a 30,000-litre overhead storage tank within approximately 4 hours, ensuring adequate and uninterrupted water availability for daily farm activities.

To enhance system efficiency and prevent water wastage, we installed an automatic float switch control system, which intelligently shuts down the pump once the storage tanks are full and automatically resumes pumping when water levels drop, ensuring energy efficiency, system safety, and extended pump lifespan.

In addition, we installed solar-powered CCTV surveillance cameras and solar street lights across the farm to enhance security, visibility, and nighttime operations, providing a complete renewable energy and security solution for the plantation.
